Is coaching the thing for you?
 
Coaching can offer you are range of exciting possibilities -  primarily focused on building clarity around your direction whether it be personal or professional. 
 
Before we begin to work together we start with a complimentary Discovery Session to explore what is possible for you in a coaching relationship with me. We'll talk about what makes you you, your values, your purpose,  your ideas, your aspirations and dreams, and we will work out what is it that you'd like to be coached on. We may decide to start with administering a diagnostic, to determine areas for development (NB: pricing upon inquiry for diagnostic administration and debriefing). 
 
One thing straight up though - coaching isn't about providing advice (if that's what you want, let's chat about mentoring). It's about me asking you the perfect question at just the right time, mixed in with a load of listening on my behalf, and you being challenged to think in different ways about yourself.
 
Ultimately, its all about offering you up an alternative neural pathway to your future - how exciting is that? I support you the entire way, but its not for the faint at heart. YOU have to be fully committed. 
 
Coaching packages are outlined below, and I can also design something to cater for specific needs as well as GROUP COACHING. Whether you are the Executive at the top, leading the system, or just starting ... and anyone in between - coaching can be for anyone.
